Check sheet

A check sheet is a piece of paper which lists a number of tasks to be done on a regular basis.  These might be for safety or quality purposes and might be done once a day or more.   Operators of machinery like a forklift will check their equipment at the beginning of each shift.  They will see if the engine has enough oil, test the hydraulics, make sure they are carrying their licence and whatever else the company thinks is important.   Another word for a checksheet is checklist.
