Maintenance

In a factory maintenance is an ongoing process.   It involves fixing machinery and equipment as well preventing problems by doing routine and regular work on them.    The skilled workers who do most of this work are usually electricians and millwrights.   They are part of a maintenance department.   Simple routine maintenance however is often done by non skilled workers.
