Suppliers and Customers. Every Business Has Both!

If you own a business or if you work in a large company you have suppliers and customers.  It is almost impossible to do everything yourself in the modern world.  You need people to do things for you that you cannot do yourself.  These people are your suppliers.

Supplier.   Definition:  Also called a vendor, these are the people who sell products or services to another business.   Example:  The defective parts were sent back to the supplier to be re-worked.

Customer.   Definition:  Someone who buys goods or services from another business.   Example:   Chaquita banana company ships their product to ninety different customers.
